The UMass Store is an Apple Authorized Campus Store and we serve as the check-in point for Apple, Dell, and Lenovo device repairs on campus.

Appointments may be booked out in advance.

We will walk you through a comprehensive list of what will suit you for success in your college career and fit your budget.




Computer Set-Up


Guided set up of your new Apple device, computers or iPads. Download and install of the Eduroam utility and connection to secure school network. Download and install of Microsoft Office 365 Suite.




Repair Consultation and Check-In


Repair Consultations are only available for Apple. Repair Check-in available for Apple, Dell, and Lenovo.
