Domestic Shipping
Shipping within the contiguous United States is eligible for standard shipping. Fees range anywhere from $2 to $8, however, certain items such as custom orders, technology, chairs, diploma frames, regalia, etc. are subject to additional handling fees, which are specified in the description of each item.

International Shipping
We use UPS to ship internationally and fees are determined by UPS' real-time data. However, certain items such as custom orders, technology, chairs, diploma frames, regalia, etc. are not eligible for international shipping.

Shipping Policy
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
- Returns are at the expense of the customer
- Exchanges for online orders are subject to new shipping charges
- Orders are typically shipped out within 3 days after they have been placed, with the exception of peak holiday seasons, where they can take up to 2 weeks.
