ABOUT US
WHO WE ARE
The UMass Store is the official campus store for the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. We are a non-profit 501(c) supporting entity of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. We were established to serve the campus community in all aspects: students, alumni, departments, athletics, family, and visitors online and in person.
All proceeds made by the UMass Store go back to the university to support various campus programs.
MISSION
The UMass Store strives to provide the best value, experience, and presence through brand variety, sustainable initiatives, collaborations with vendors and campus partners, and campus events. Listening and responding to feedback are vital components to building relationships with our customers, therefore we will continue to run frequent surveys, establish and maintain focus groups, and work with student ambassadors. We promise to ensure those groups are fully representative and inclusive of our diverse UMass campus community, alumni, family, and visitors.

Our goal is to be one of the top performing campus stores in the nation (both in person and online), distinguished by our commitment to listening to the diverse perspectives of our customers and community, offering the best value, and delivering a superior customer experience.
