Shopping a Rewards Member Exclusive as a New Member?

PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 60 MINUTES AFTER JOINING

After enrolling in UMass Rewards, your access to Rewards-exclusive items needs a little time to update on our website. It may update sooner, but please allow up to 60 minutes for full access.

During this update period, Rewards-exclusive products may temporarily display a Page Not Found message. This is temporary and does not mean the item is no longer available.

If you see this message after joining, please wait and try again later. Once your access has updated, refresh the product page to continue shopping.
