Program Highlights

• No Expiration: Points never expire as long as your UMass Rewards Account stays active! Accounts with no purchases or activity for 12 months will reset to 0 points.
• Free to Join: There’s no cost to start earning rewards—sign up today risk-free!
• Exciting Tier Benefits: The UMass Rewards Program offers three tiers: Bachelors, Masters, and Doctorate! As you shop and engage, you can progress to the prestigious Doctorate Tier, reserved for those with 2,500 points or more and an annual spend of at least $500, unlocking top-tier rewards. Enjoy the flexibility of the Masters or Bachelors Tiers with no spending requirements and great benefits. Every tier is designed to make your experience more rewarding!
• Redeeming Rewards: Earn 100 points to begin redeeming for vouchers worth $5, $10, or $15. These vouchers are valid through December 31 of the year you redeem them, so you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy your savings!

Program Eligibility & Terms

Participants must be at least 18 years old to join the UMass Rewards Program. Current UMass Store employees and UMass staff are eligible to participate, however, UMass Departments are not eligible to join the program.

If you return merchandise purchased with UMass Bucks, the refund will exclude the value of the voucher and any other discounts. For example, if you purchase a $100 item using $10 in UMass Bucks, your refund will be $90 to the original payment method. Returned items purchased with UMass Bucks will not qualify for replacement vouchers, and redeemed points will not be credited back to your Rewards account.
