  • Our team will review your request and reach out to discuss your needs, provide product options, and offer design assistance.

3. Design & Approval

  • Provide us with your own design or vector artwork. We will ensure it meets licensing requirements and send you a mockup on the final product for approval.
  • If you don’t have a design, don’t worry— for an additional fee, we can arrange for a design mock-up to be created for you.

4. Order Processing

  • We manage every aspect of your order, including production, and quality checks.

5. Delivery & Payment

  • Receive your custom items directly on campus, whether to our store for pickup or directly to your location.
  • We are able to accept all university payment methods such as Speed Types and University POs, as well as regular methods such as credit card, cash, or check.
