Return Policy


General merchandise items, such as apparel and gifts, are subject to the following policy:

  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed to be eligible for return and the tags must still be attached
  • Sales receipt is required for all returns
  • All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, even if the item is returned. Exchanges are subject to new shipping charges
  • Technology can be returned within 7 days if the box is unopened
  • Custom orders cannot be returned

Online Returns & Exchanges


Online orders can be returned in accordance with the above stated Return Policy.


Return with an Account


Follow the below steps to begin an online return or exchange:

  • Log into your online account
  • Navigate to "Purchases" on the left-hand menu and select "Purchase History"
  • From the purchase history list, select the purchase number (in maroon) you will to return or exchange
  • On the details page of your selected purchase, choose the "REQUEST A RETURN" button
  • Select the items you wish to return from the list of products to return and specify the reason for return
  • In the comments, specify if this is a return for refund or an exchange. If it's an exchange, please specify what item(s) you would like to replace the returned one(s) with - if we do not have the item(s) in stock, one of our associates will reach out to you
  • Click the "SUBMIT REQUEST" button
  • Print out the RMA page and include it in the package with your return. Ship your return to the following address:

    Attn: Online Returns
    One Campus Center Way
    Amherst, MA 01003

Once our web team receives your shipment, we will process your return or exchange and refund the card used accordingly. If we do not have the item(s) you wish to exchange your order with, you will be contacted via email.

Online orders can also be returned and exchanges can also be done in store.


Return as a Guest


If you checked out as a guest, follow the below steps to return an unwanted item.

  • Make a copy of the packing slip/receipt from your order
  • Write a brief explanation specifying if this is a return for refund or an exchange. If it's an exchange, please specify what item(s) you would like to replace the returned one(s) with - if we do not have the item(s) in stock, one of our associates will reach out to you
  • Package your item along with the copy of the receipt and ship it to the following address:

    Amherst, MA 01003

Once our web team receives your shipment, we will process your return or exchange and refund the card used accordingly. If we do not have the item(s) you wish to exchange your order with, you will be contacted via email.

In-Store Returns & Exchanges


In-Store purchases can be returned in accordance with the above stated Return Policy and must be done in store. Online purchases can also be returned in store.

If you are unable to visit the store to complete your return, or you would like to ship an item back to exchange it, please visit our Contact Us page and submit a ticket, and one of our associates will get back to you. Alternatively, you can also start a live chat with one of our associates or created a ticket via live chat by clicking the maroon chat bubble in the bottom-right of the screen.

Technology Returns & Exchanges


Technology purchased through our store can be returned within 7 days if the box is unopened. Please contact our technology department via our Contact Us form if you would like more information about returns and trade-ins.

Custom Orders Returns & Exchanges


Due to the nature of the items, all custom orders are non-returnable or refundable. If you received a defective item, please visit our Contact Us page and submit a ticket, and one of our associates will get back to you. Alternatively, you can also start a live chat with one of our associates or create a ticket via live chat by clicking the maroon chat bubble in the bottom-right of the screen.
