We specialize in repairing PCs that are 5 years old or newer and Mac computers from 2017 and newer. All repairs are performed on campus by certified technicians, unless manufacturer servicing is required. With a typical turnaround time of 7-10 business days, we provide fast, reliable, and expert repair solutions for laptops, desktops, and Apple devices.




IPAD REPAIRS


Professional iPad repair services for UMass students, employees, members of the 5-college consortium, and the general public.

We specialize in repairing iPads up to 6 years old, ensuring expert care and precision. As an Apple Authorized Service Provider, all iPad repairs are securely sent to the manufacturer for high-quality servicing. Our typical turnaround time is 10-12 business days, providing reliable and efficient repair solutions for your Apple devices.




IPHONE REPAIRS


Professional iPhone repair services for UMass students, employees, members of the 5-college consortium, and the general public.

We specialize in repairing iPhone models 12 through 15, offering fast and reliable service. Most repairs are performed on campus by skilled technicians, ensuring convenience and quality. In rare cases where manufacturer servicing is required, we handle the process for you. Our goal is to return your iPhone the same day or by the next day, so you’re never without your device for long.

Yes, we perform warranty repairs and repairs covered by AppleCare+ at no extra charge for eligible issues.




Repair costs vary by device and issue. You'll receive an upfront estimate before we begin any repair.




No, the initial consultation is free. If further diagnostics are needed, a fee applies, but you’re not obligated to proceed with repairs unless you approve the quote.
