How Special Order Items Work
These items are designed for bulk department purchases and represent a small selection of our most popular and frequently requested special-order products.
Made to Order: Placing an order through this catalog is equivalent to approving a special-order quote. Because these items are produced specifically for your order, orders cannot be canceled once placed and all sales are final.
Minimum Order Quantities
1-Color Print 12 total units minimum
2-Color Print 12 total units minimum
3-Color Print 24 total units minimum
4-Color Print 48 total units minimum
Embroidery 12 total units minimum
Please note: Orders that do not meet the required minimum quantity will be canceled.
Ordering Multiple Sizes
Each size must be added to the cart separately. Once all desired sizes are in your cart, adjust the quantity of each size so the combined total meets the minimum for your decoration type.
Artwork & Decoration
Embroidery
Left-chest placement only using the logo options and dimensions shown for the item.
Print Artwork
Use the Instructions/Comments box to describe the logo or artwork you would like printed. You may also email your artwork after checkout to special.orders@umassstore.com with your order number.
Vector Files Required
Custom print artwork must be supplied as an .AI or .EPS vector file. An additional vectorization fee may apply if usable vector artwork is not provided.
Artwork Approval
Printed orders receive an artwork proof before production. Nothing is submitted for production until you approve the artwork.
A member of our Special Orders team will contact you after your order is placed and keep you updated throughout the process.
Pricing & Resale
Catalog pricing is intended for departmental and other non-resale purchases. If the items will be resold, different pricing will apply.
Shipping & Cost Adjustments
Shipped special orders are charged a standard $50 shipping hold at checkout. Actual shipping costs may vary based on the quantity ordered and the final shipping destination. If you choose to pick up your order in store, there is no shipping fee.
If the actual shipping cost differs from the $50 hold, or if any other change is needed that affects the cost of your order, a member of our Special Orders team will contact you. Any cost change must be approved by you before the order is processed and submitted to the vendor.
