The design highlights one of campus’s most recognizable and beloved sights—the UMass squirrels—paired with the legacy script UMass logo in a clean, one-color white screen print. Playful yet meaningful, the artwork reflects a shared appreciation for the everyday moments and character that make UMass Amherst unique.

About the Artist

This year’s winning design was created by Lily Gigante (Class of 2025), a UMass alumna and artist behind Spotty Visions. With a background in Plant and Soil Sciences, Lily brings a creative perspective to everything she does—from plant propagation to visual art.
