Our Technology Department
The UMass Store is an Apple Authorized Campus Store and we also perform repairs on Apple devices and Windows computers. Repair services are for UMass students, employees and 5-college consortium schools. We cannot take repairs from the general public.
COMPUTER REPAIRS
Repair services are for UMass students, employees and 5-college consortium schools. We cannot take repairs from the general public.
We can perform most repairs on pcs that are 5 years old or newer and Macs that are 2017 models and newer. All repairs are done on campus unless circumstances require that it be sent to the manufacturer. Turnaround time is generally 7-10 business days.
IPAD REPAIRS
Repair services are for UMass students, employees and 5-college consortium schools. We cannot take repairs from the general public.
We can perform most repairs on iPads 6 years and newer. All iPad repairs are sent to the manufacturer. Turnaround times are 10-12 business days.
IPHONE REPAIRS
Repair services are for UMass students, employees and 5-college consortium schools. We cannot take repairs from the general public.
We can perform most repairs on iphone 12-15. All repairs are done on campus unless circumstances require that it be sent to the manufacturer. We strive to have your phone back to you same day or next day at the latest.
